Published in 2017 and written and illustrated by Thomas the Woodcarver, his wife Jill Thomas and his daughter Michaela Sherlock, The Best Colour is aimed at a younger reader. An ideal introduction to the world of books and stories. The Best colour was tied in with our 2016 family lovespoon project that focussed upon the environment we live in and included the outline of a rainbow in the lovespoon design itself.
The Best Colour is aimed at the pre-school age group. The rainbow provides the focal point of the story, with the different colours making their case for which one is the best. Can you guess the colour that will prevail?
Orders of multiple items have a flat rate of postage. For example, if you order two lovespoons and two books, postage is charged at the flat rate of £1.99 within the UK and £4.99 outside of the UK for the entire order, you will not be charged postage for each individual item.
